  • You act as the linking pin between our clients and freelance workers.
  • You ensure precise briefings and maintain contact with all involved parties.
  • You schedule media productions and prepare them in detail, whether they take place in our own office, online, or at external locations.
  • You keep the content calendar up to date and ensure that articles, posts, and newsletters are dispatched on time.
  • You post regularly on Instagram and are curious about the world of corporate journalism / PR.
  • You assist in the financial settlement of assignments and process invoices and bills in collaboration with the accountant.

Your Profile:

  • You can work with a high degree of independence.
  • You enjoy paying attention to details while also keeping an overview.
  • You like to contribute ideas and have the communication skills to express them.
  • You are always on the lookout for software and tools that can make your way of working more efficient and enjoyable.
  • You manage the mail at our Berlin office and ensure that guests are received in a pleasant manner.
  • You already speak some German / Dutch or are willing to learn.
  • Berlin has been your home base for quite some time.
